Training for the FF

A few questions I have if they can be answered...

1) will there be a training server again?

2) how can we train if there is not as a group?

3) is anyone opposed to me *possibly* setting up a possible 'score card' system for inter-squad evaluation?

1) CRS has not been able to afford to replace them
2) I'm thinking about it, I think the idea of practice behind lines is a good one, and then go directly on a mission.
3) Ya, we do an op, we all say what we think worked and what we think could be done betterer. gooderer? Less bader? Whatever!

I'll set to work to make a template for an inter-squad grade card.


I'm thinking this for our score card:

its an inter-squad point card. Accumlative points earn achievement medals, or mentions, or what have you.

The score card will be an over-all evaluation of an individual persons, comprised of a few things;

1. Teamwork
2. Contribution
3. Attentance
4. Training
5. Accuracy
6. Knowledge
7. Preparedness
8. AAR (After Action Review)

It will take me some time to figure out the evaluation paperwork, and from there, i'm thinking this can be a form I can have in hard copy next to me, and check things off as I go in the middle of a battle. I think that some of this will be done on a one on one basis, and an overall score for the FF squad its self.

IDEAS are greatly appreciated, once I have a basic idea up i'll see if I can put it into a PDF type document for online viewing. Once an evaluation is done and marked, I could scan it with my scanner and email this to a particular individual. The only thing that I would post to the group is the accumlative score, like say the test has a possible 400 points, and i'd post like this..

The form would have my notes and points of improvement, and corrective behaviors. I think these forms per an individual will take some time, however, having records and having a review time every ammount of interval, say, every 6 months, or such, would be prefered. If someone were to contest the results of the test, they'd have to schedule a re-evaluation test on the testers time within 14 days, and the results of that would be final, until the next evaluation interval.

like I said, this will take some time to set up, and all, but give me feedback, please.

one comment. Make it out of 100 points. Easier for everyone to understand the final score that way.
Our brains work in 10s for the most part because we are brought up that way.
Just a thought!

I don't think I would score high on that card, unless you make a bonus category for FK'N AWESOMENESS! haha
