The wedding hell wasn't really bad at all, and I'll tell you what, heres some pics you unruly bitches.
First we start with the load that would bring me home. This pic is west of Port St. Lucie West, about 20km or so. I used to live in Port St. Lucie back in 1999....ahh...rain...as usual.

Before looking at the next pic of my load, lets just point out something. I went to Stuart, Florida, a good 20 min south of Port St. Lucie. This picture is of Pick Up# (PU#) 470547 from Landstar Transportation LLC. The load is said to weigh no more that 5,400 pounds. Unknown number of pallets, but less than 10. This what we call in trucking "LTL Freight", or, "Less Than Load(ed) Freight". Usualy, we pick up another load to fill out the trailer, making two drops. The first drop would be of course for the load at the back, and the last load being in front. However, Wal-Mart in Beaver Dam, WI STRICTLY requested that this load be hauled on its OWN. As in, it was NOT permissible to haul any other load on the trailer with it. This load, as Wal-Mart directed, was a HIGH PRIORITY shipment. I will continue at the bottom of the pictures, as they were taken in Beaver Dam, WI at the moment before the trailer was unhooked from my truck after being backed in the dock. I'm standing only a meter and half from the back of the truck, right in front of the dock I had to back into, having just opened the door.

LANDSTAR screwed up on the weight. It was only 540 pounds, the decimal made it in the wrong spot on the paperwork, due to Wal-Mart clerical error. They would of shipped FedEx, but 5,400 was largely expensive. The pick up on Stuart, had no loading dock. he litteraly picked the pallet up with the fork lift, shoved in the back, as you see it. The kicker: These were not even new golf balls. They were recycled golf balls. It took Wal-Mart 2 1/2 hours to unload these. When I checked in, I kept refering to them as "my balls".

Anyhow, a few days later, its Friday. Thursday was mostly unpacking from spending near 3 weeks out on the road, and I was in no mood. Friday saw the advent of the day before wedding stuff. These next two pics are from Friday around 3pm centeral standard time, texas time, what have you. First one is of the banquet haul rented out in the Marriot in Weston, Wisconsin, just south of Wausau. The second is of the wedding party mostly.
The Banquet Hall. My sister (The bride) is seen in center of the photo talking to the head caterer. Wedding colors were "Watermellon" (pink, if you ask me) and black. About 4 tables from the picture strait ahead was the reserved table for me and my parents. The seat thats back to you at the 4th table, I sat at on Saturday night. I brung in our old family cow bell, and rang that son of a gun for the bride and groom kiss action. My sister thought it was hilarious, as we used to ring it at church softball league, as did our Grandpa, my moms dad, Wayne Dyson, did before me and my sister were ever born. Everyone gave it a healthy ring on our side of the family! (No, no cows or Allies showed up, shame really)
In this picture, starting from the bottom left and going clockwise, I don't know the names of most of these people. The Best Man, Craig (the Groom), the second stander, the second stander for the bride, Malissa Hasshe, and my dad, Randy Sr. In the background is the bar, Coors Light (collage kid beer) and Spotted Cow from New Glarius, WI on tap. Mixed drinks as well in the three refrigerators. And yes they were packed full. I checked.
