Pocheese and I are hashing and bashing making a NCO/CO field guide that will be epic and exclusive to our group. We will probably make another version for regulars as well, like a pocket guide. The NCO/CO version will be more tailored to our group and take longer to complete.

The training evaluation form will be created soon in its first version, for review.

Input on the finalized first version, not first draft, will be announced prior to the CO's approval, then posted for group Q&A, revision, and/or additions. The NCO/CO version will only be seen by those of rank and the editors.

Official designation of the basic manual will be FM-1, NCO/CO version will be FMO-1.
(FM- field manual, FMO- field manual, officer)

Implementation of all tactics created and supplied of course, will be at the discression of the CO.

Lastly study these things-
1 how to FRU warp
2 have your ATG, SAPPER, PAK & FLAK guides
3 Train the 'Mad Minute'
4 unerstand basic troop movements and formations
5 make sure your squaddie knows these things too!

Might I suggest using the wiki I set up on Google Sites for it?
